CCH is a new treatment for cellulite, helping you to wave goodbye to this problem issue, and head out onto the beach, looking and feeling your very best.

What is CCH?

Medically known as ‘collagenase clostridium histolytic (CCH), a drug which is injected into problem areas, e.g. buttocks, thighs, etc. Originally used for a different problem, namely something called Dupuytren’s contracture (a condition which forces the fingers to remain in a clenched position), and Peyronie’s Disease (curvature of the penis), CCH has developed its usage and can now be used to address the age old cellulite issue for men and women.

CCH, when injected into the problem area, works with the fibrous tissue underneath the skin and breaks down the collagen which dwells there, reducing bumpiness and unevenness, and creating a more smooth canvas. When you explore what cellulite is, the reason this works will become more apparent.

What is Cellulite?

You don’t have to be overweight to have cellulite, but if you are, it’s more likely. The bane of many a life, cellulite (to break it down to easy and less time consuming terms) is a collection of subcutaneous fat and collagen deposits which over time Harden and push up through the upper layers of the skin. This is what gives you that lumpy, ‘orange peel’ appearance on the common areas, e.g. the buttocks, thighs, and the backs of arms.

CCH is made up of several enzymes which get into the fibrous tissues and loosen up the collagen, thus breaking down the hard deposits, loosening the pressure on the upper layers of the skin, and reducing the appearance of cellulite.

We point out the CCH is pretty new, and is only just obtaining its FDA approval, however it is certainly showing some seriously impressive results in studies, and experts are excited about the possible eradication of cellulite over time.
